Mind.Set.Goal! Signature Series: 8 Live Online Sessions
The heart of our program is our Mind.Set.Goal! Signature Series, which includes 8 live online sessions accompanied with a participant workbook and goal cards. During the Signature Series sessions, you will learn the 7 proven steps for finding peace with food, ending your struggle with weight, and feeling great…for good. This happens in a series of 8 live online sessions with a small group of women with similar health and wellness goals. Your facilitator is Ginny Clark, MS, RD, a Registered Dietitian with a dual degree in nutrition and exercise science. She is a wife, mom of 3, vice-president of Well Simplified LLC and has over a decade of experience helping people and businesses. In each session, she’ll take you on a unique health coaching journey where she brings true health to light so that everyone can think “well” and start enjoying eating, exercise, and everyday life again without worrying about weight. Each session takes 30-45 minutes, which includes the live online learning session, self-reflection, Q & A, and goal setting. The first 7 sessions will cover the 7 key steps of the Mind.Set.Goal! program, and the 8th session will be a time for sharing and reflection. Session titles include…
