We’ve sat on all sides of the table.

We walk you through the program ourselves.
We know from personal experience that struggling with weight isn’t easy. Overcoming it isn’t easy either. That’s why we facilitate everything we’ve created ourselves: the signature sessions, resources, webinars, health coaching calls, and even the weekly emails. We are two passionate, down-to-earth people who stand behind our program and stand beside our participants and their families.
We believe weight is a side effect, not the source, of health.
We don’t diet or focus on weight loss because research shows they do more harm than good. Diets are unrealistic and unsustainable because they fail to change people from the inside out. They cause people to cycle in their weight which can lead to disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, increased risk of disease, and other negative outcomes.
Mind.Set.Goal! helps people change themselves by first changing the way they think about health and their ability to achieve it their own way. (No calorie tracking. No required or forbidden foods. No busy work.) Just real people focusing on real issues, fearlessly falling in love with real food, and finding health and happiness from the inside out.
We reach people wherever they are at.
From CEO to spouse, we reach those who typically find it hardest to participate. Our program is flexible, convenient and accessible at and away from work, making it possible for busy leaders to find time for it, middle managers to support it, and staff and spouses to take part in it, together, while still getting their work done.
I love the approach Liz has taken with Mind.Set.Goal! It’s not lecture-y or should-based. As a result of participating in this program, I am eating more veggies and exercising more consistently. Patsi M.
I really enjoyed the approach you used in the program… particularly that this wasn’t a diet but a way of life, problem solving, solutions, etc. Laurel G.
This program met my expectations, and then some! It gave me a new perspective; I always thought I had a healthy approach, but this was an eye opener. It was the subtle things you wrote and said that I will use a lot. In fact, I am saving my advice pieces and thoughts to look at and encourage me. I loved your handouts and will never throw them away. Judy W.
